| 摘 要： | 司法不公产生的深层原因在于司法体制的弊端,最突出的表现是司法体制的行政化及行政权对审判权的非法干涉。为维护法律尊严,确保司法公正,必须对观行司法体制进行深度改革。

| Abstract: | Judicial injustice results mainly from the malpractice of judicial system, which demonstrates itself inadministralization of judicial system and illegal interference of power of administration with power of judicial authority. Inorder to keep the dignity and justice of law, we should take further step into the reform of judicial system. |
