| 摘 要： | 现行高校体育课程考试,存在着有些项目重复次数过多、形式单一、重生理、轻心理等问题.作者以“健康第一”为指导思想,以完成体育教学的两项基本任务为主要依据,提出了一套新的考试办法.即运动素质项目测试,允许学生自选;减少课堂表现成绩的比例,增加心理素质成份;同时考试形式也多样化了.

| Abstract: | Nowadays a few problems exist in the examination system of the physical education in college, such as repeated tests for some courses, laying stress on physiology and taking the psychology lightly. We should put the i-dea of health first and finish the two main tasks of the physical education teaching. We should also reform current examination system and reduce the courses of the motion quahty, increase the ingredients of the psychological quality and lessen the ratio of the achievement shown in class. The examination form should also be diversified. |
