| 摘 要： | 创新型大学是时代呼唤的产物。它是一种建立在创新基础上的新的大学组织形式，是研究型大学的延伸和进一步的新发展。表现为：创新团队——创新型大学的组织结构特质；科技经济一体化——创新型大学的体制创新；自主创新和自主创业——创新型大学的行为特质三大特质独具特色。
