| 摘 要： | 在学校体育要树立“健康第一”的指导思想下，结合快乐健身的教学目的和当前学校体育教学改革的要求，对普通高校体育教材改革提出大胆设想，改变传统以技术教授为主线的教材体系，在尊重学生自发性和自主性的基础上，以“游戏论”和“学生立场论”等理论为主要依据构建快乐体育教材，为我国高等院校的体育教材改革提供一点新的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the guideline"the Health First" and the consideration of the students' spontaneity and independence and combined with the delightful healthy teaching aim and the current request of the physical education reform in colleges and universities,this paper aims to bring up a bold assumption of changing the traditional technique-aimed teaching system,and to establish a delightful physical education textbook with"Games Theory" and"The Student-Stance Theory" as the chief principle to offer a new thought to the college physical education reform. |
