| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、教学实验法及数理统计的研究方法，对青少年韵律武术操的创编及教学实验进行分析。教学实验表明：创编的青少年韵律武术操得到了广大青少年的喜爱，并通过学习韵律武术操提高了青少年对武术的兴趣；青少年韵律武术操可以代替普通的准备活动运用到体育课或武术课中，也可以作为课间操进行长期习练，还可以作为学校校本课程的一项内容来开展。
