| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员是党的各级领导干部的重要后备力量,高校学生党员的教育培养工作是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容之一。学分制教学管理模式的实施,给传统的高校学生党员教育培养工作带来了一系列新的问题。高等学校必须以保持共产党员先进性为出发点,从提高党的执政能力建设的高度,构建学分制环境下的新的学生党员教育体系,全面推进学生党员的教育培养工作。

| Abstract: | Teaching administration model under the credit system brings a series of new problems for training college student party members.Colleges and universities must take maintaining the advanced nature of Party members as a starting point,enhance the ruling capabilities of the party,construct college student party member's education model under the credit system,so as to fully boost college student party members' training. |
