基于SIMATIC PCS7的间歇反应温度控制

摘    要:利用西门子过程控制系统PCS7,设计并实现了硫化促进剂M制备的间歇反应温度自动控制。采用专家规则控制器为主控制器、PID控制器为副控制器的串级控制方法,进行温度分段控制。利用SIMATIC PCS7系统软件提供的连续功能图(CFC)和结构化控制语言(SCL),实现了控制方案。运行结果表明系统能够平稳地进行升温、保温,有较好的抗扰动能力。

Temperature Control of Batch Process Based on SIMATIC PCS7

Abstract:The temperature automatic control system of batch process for preparation of sulfuration accelerant M was designed and realized based on SIMATIC PCS7. The temperature is controlled segmentedly by the cascade control scheme with expert system and PID controller. The scheme is realized based on the continuous function chart (CFC) and the structured control language (SCL) in the SIMATIC PCS7's software. The application of the control system shows that it can control the temperature to arise and maintain effectively and reliably, and has strong anti-disturbance capacity.
