| 摘 要： | 论文采用多因素分析方法，从目前普遍认可的反映科技期刊学术水平的多项评价指标中筛选出影响作用大的指标，构建期刊学术水平评估指标体系。依据新的评估指标体系建立期刊方阵四类判别函数，用于学术期刊的综合评估。

| Abstract: | This paper adopts multilevel discriminant analysis step by step to predigest the indexes and establish new index system. It establishes the four levels' discriminant functions by the new index system. The new discriminant function is used to generally evaluate and reasonably classify periodicals. |
