| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济是改革开放20多年以来，劳动大众的伟大创造。本文认为，非公有制经济是顺应我国改革开放基本国策，在党和政府大力倡导、鼓励下迅速发展起来的，已经成为我国经济最具活力的重要组成部分。它是我国经济持续发展的重要力量，是我国经济可持续发展、社会稳定与健康和谐的重要经济基础。

| Abstract: | Private economy was a great popular creation in the 20 years Chinese Reform and Open to the world. This article holds the idea that private economy develops quickly with the guide and the support of the CPC and government. It is coincided with our basic national policy of Reform and Open to the world, and has become the most potential and energetic part of our Economy. Private economy is the crucial power for our economic sustainable-development. It is.also the fundamental economic basis for social stabilization and harmony. |
