| 摘 要： | 根据目前学校教育科研制度中所存在的一些问题，本文重构了五大教育科研管理制度，即：教育科研工作量抵充制度、校级课题招标制度、科研导师制度、实践成果实效性诊断制度、科研成果转化为校本培训项目制度。

| Abstract: | According to these problems,I try to reconstruct the educational research management system and put forward five new systems in this paper.They are research workload offsetting system, research mentoring system,school-level topics tendering system,effectiveness of the achievements diagnosing system and the achievement conversing to school-based training system.We aim to improve the existing educational research management and promote the research capability of teachers and the level of school research. |
