茶叶、土壤中吡虫啉的残留分析

摘    要:比较3种吡虫啉的残留提取方法,筛选出一种适合于毗虫啉在土壤和茶叶中的残留的提取方法.用高压液相色谱测定茶叶和土壤中吡虫啉残留量:样品经甲醇超声提取,二氯甲烷萃取,用硅胶层析柱净化提取物.此方法经高压液相色谱测定(HPLC),其最小检出量为1.0×10^-9,最低检出浓度为0.01mg·kg^-1,平均添加回收率为80.56%~90.01%,变异系数为0.37%~3.71%.

Abstract:A method is developed for the determination of imidacloprid in tea and soil by HPLC in this 1 paper. Imidacloprid was extracted an ultrasonic bath by methylalcohol, and then reextracted by dichloromethane, cleaned up by Florisil column. Imidacloprid will be detected by HPLC technique and a good chromatographic separation. The detectable limit of concentration was 0. 01 mg · kg-1. The recovery for residues determination and variation coefficient was 80. 56%--90. 01% and 0. 37%- 0.3.7% respectively.
