企业间合作经验的学习效应研究述评

摘    要:按照通常经验曲线理论,企业间合作经验的积累将会提升企业的合作绩效,但是实证研究却得出相互矛盾的结论.通过文献梳理,将企业间合作经验学习效应归纳为三个模型:基于合作能力的、边际递减的和不确定性调节下的学习效应模型.进一步提出下一步研究的方向.

Abstract:Accumulation of learning effects of interfirm cooperative experiences can upgrade the cooperative effects of enterprises accorading to ordinary experience curve theory.But the empirical researches on this subject concludes a contradictive result.Based on the literatures,it summarizes the past researches into three models,which include cooperative ability based learning effects model,marginal descending learning effects model,and ambiguity modulated learning effects model.Cooperative ability based learning effects model means that the influence of cooperative experiences on cooperative performance is decided by the formation of cooperative ability.Margianl descending learning effects model means that the core rigidity of cooperation will lead the marginal effects of cooperative experiences on cooperative performance descending. Ambiguity modulated learning effects model means that with the increase of ambiguity of interfirm cooperation,the formation of cooperative ability will be more heavily dependent on cooperative experience and the "study by doing" learning pattern,and the learning effects of cooperative experiences will be more significant.
