| 摘 要： | 团队氛围量表(TCI)是测量团队创新氛围的多维度量表.采用来自31个研发团队的208个样本,验证了TCI在中国的有效性.对搜集到的有效样本数据进行了r<,xg(J)>值和á值的计算以及探索性因子分析和各维度间的相关分析,结果表明,团队成员间的内部一致性较高,TCI在我国具有较好的信度和结构效度,团队创新氛围各维度之间显著相关,且团队创新氛围各维度与团队自评的创新绩效之间也显著相关.与TCI在英国的研究结果相比,TCI在我国是测度团队创新氛围的有效工具.

| Abstract: | The team climate inventory (TCI) is a facet-specific measure of team climate for innovation. The present study assessed the psychometric properties and the validity of the Chinese translation of TCI in 208 group members from 31 teams employed in R&D context.
