| 摘 要： | 单纯地以GDP衡量干部政绩，对干部的政绩观产生了错误的导向作用，导致严重的资源环境问题。树立和落实以绿色GDP为核心的政绩观，是进一步落实科学发展观、牢固树立和落实正确政绩观、贯彻十七大提出的“建设生态文明”目标的重要内容和必然要求，它对最终实现以人为本的经济增长、社会进步和环境保护三位一体的可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。

| Abstract: | Purely evaluating the achievements of the cadre by GDP, has the wrong guidance function to the cadre＇s view of achievements and causes serious resources environment problems. Thus setting up and carrying out the view of achievements which takes green GDP as the core, is the important content and the necessary requirement of the further implementing of the scientific concept of development, set- ting up and the realization of the correct view of achievements, and carrying through the construction of the ecology civilization which was proposed on the 17th National Congress. It has the great strategic significance of the final realization of the sustainable development of people-oriented economic growth, the social progress and the environmental protection . |
