| 摘 要： | 《新唐书》、《旧唐书》对李商隐评价歧异之处，主要表现为政治态度和创作成就两方面。对二者评价差异的原因进行剖析，可对李商隐在唐末五代和北宋的接受状况有更为客观深入的了解。

| Abstract: | The difference of comment on Li Shangyin between the Old Tang History Book and New Tang History Book is his political attitude and achievements of writing. When the,reason of discrepancy is analysed we may have an objective and deep understaning of the social acceptance of Li in Late Tang Dynasty, Five Dynasties and Northen Song Dynasty. |
