| 摘 要： | 合芜蚌试验区培育创新型企业的优劣势都很明显。优势有：自主创新已成为国家和地方的发展战略；试验区创新资源丰富，区位优越和产业重点明确；合肥科技创新型试点市的“溢出”效应和“敢为天下先”的区域历史创新文化等。劣势主要有：企业对自主创新紧迫性的认识不足；高科技产业规模小，科技成果少；科技创新投融资平台建设不完善和企业缺乏创新型人才队伍。为此，培育创新型企业必须做到：一要明确试验区重点发展的新兴产业和重点产业；二要在产学研政资介结合中促进科技成果产业化；三要积极发展以民间资本为主导的风险投资公司；四要努力培养造就创新型企业需要的人才队伍；五要全力营造区域创业文化和创新文化。

| Abstract: | Superiority and inferiority in cultivation of innovation enterprises in Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu pilot area is very obvious. The superiority has the independent innovation to become the country and the place developmental strategy ; the pilot area innovation fruitful in resources, the position is superior and the industry is clear with emphasis; Hefei scientific innovation experiment city ＂the overflow＂ effect and ＂courage to be the world first＂ region history the enterprise to the independent innovation pressi innovation culture. The inferiority mainly displays in ng understanding insufficiency; the high teeh industry scale is small, the scientific and technical payoffs are few; the scientific innovation investment financing platform construction imperfect and the enterprise lacks the innovation talented person troop. Therefore, the cultivation innovation enterprise must achieve ： One needs to be clear about the pilot area prioritize the emergent industry and the key industry, two must, in produces study grinds the political capital to lie between in the union to promote the scientific and technical payoffs industrial production, three must develop positively take the private capital as the leading venture capital company, four must raise the talented person troop which diligently the accomplishment innovation enterprise needs, five must build the region undertaking culture and the innovation culture with all one＇s strength |
