| Abstract: | With the growing prosperity of the web media, a new communication era comes to birth , that is, the era of grass-roots reporting. Based on overviewing the status quo of grass-roots reporting, the article focuses on its prominent signs from the two-dimensional perspective on the theory and practice, and gives interpretations to the realistic motivations on the emergence and development of grass-roots reporting furtherly. |
