摘    要:为解决驾驶员使用最近会遇距离(distance of closest point of approach, DCPA)和最短会遇时间(time of closest point of approach, TCPA)进行避让决策时存在的忽略目标船参数的问题,采用Coldwell船舶领域模型并引入度量参数的方式,推导出具有时间序列的动态避让决策参数——最小缩放因子、领域侵入时间和领域侵入度。基于二分法和推导出的决策参数设计让路船决策流程,使用VC++MFC编程实现MMG模型仿真,并与基于传统DCPA和TCPA的避让决策仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,基于推导出的决策参数的避让决策能够解决基于DCPA、TCPA的避让决策忽略目标船参数的问题,具有预警时间精度高,避让时间短,避让转向角更合理等优势。推导出的决策参数在航线经济最优化和限制水域的避让决策方面都存在实用价值。

Analysis on decision-making of give-way ships based on ship domain

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of ignoring target ship parameters when the officers make collision avoidance decisions according to the parameters of the distance of closest point of approach (DCPA) and the time of closest point of approach (TCPA), the Coldwell shipdomain model and the metric parameter are used to derive the time series dynamic avoidance decision parameters,which are the minimum scaling factor, the time to domain violation and the degree to domain violation.The decision making process of give way ships is designed based on the dichotomous method and the derived decision parameters, MMG model is simulated through VC++ MFC programming, and the simulation results are compared with those based on the traditional DCPA and TCPA.The results show that, the avoidance decision based on the derived decision parameters can solve the problem of ignoring target ship parameters in the avoidance decision based on DCPA and TCPA, and has the advantages of high precision of early warning time, short avoidance time and reasonable turning angle. The derived decision parameters have practical value in economic optimization of shipping routes and avoidance decision of restricted waters.
