| 摘 要： | 《浙江省高等学校“体育学科”公共体育教师高级职务评审指标体系及评分标准》的出台,不仅实现了高校体育教师职称评审指标体系从“科研为主”的导向机制向“科研、教学、运动训练、社会影响等”高校体育工作多方位实绩综合评价机制的转变,也实现了高校体育学科从定性、定量评价为主向定性定量与专家评审相结合的评审机制的跨越式变革,成为我省高校25个学科评审组率先建立评审指标体系及评分标准的学科组,具有十分重要的现实和建设性意义。

| Abstract: | The publishing of Zhejiang higher school "PE course" teachers' high post title evaluation index system and grading standard not only realizes the change of higher school PE teachers' post title evaluation index system from "science and research" oriented to multiple PE comprehensive evaluation of "science and research,teaching,exercises and training,social effect and achievement" but also realizes the grand change from nature and quantity determination to expert evaluation combination evaluation system.It becomes the first in 25 course evaluation teams in our province that sets up the evaluation index system and grading standard,which enjoys the important practical and guiding meanings.This article combines operational process of evaluation index system and grading standard after applying the high post title with our true feeling to the high school PE work and comes to the comparison and analysis.Then it puts forward constructive suggestions and advice in aspects like this index system's content evaluating,equilibria,period and effect for Zhejiang higher school "PE course" teachers' high post title evaluation index system and grading standard. |
