| 摘 要： | 以国家公布的信息化水平指数体系结构和测评数据为基础 ,结合调查数据和合理的数理推算 ,首先从宏观、中观和微观三级粒度阐述了河南省信息经济的地位 ;而后 ,从静态和动态两个方面 ,分别以横向与典型省份比较和纵向追踪河南信息经济历史发展轨迹两种手法分析了形成现有地位的原因 ;最后得出了政策对信息经济有导向作用 ,坚持远近效益结合 ,实现既定目标是可行的结论

| Abstract: | Based on the publicized state informatization quotient,and combining with data that getting from investigation and rational mathematics,firstly it expatiated on which status of Henan information economy in China,by macro,mesne and micro observational granularity Secondly,it is analyzed what is the causes of the current situation according to both comparing with other typical provinces in transverse and tracing development data of Henan information economy in lengthways,in static and dynamic aspects individually And finally it is pointed that there are lead functions of policy to information economy,and established objects could be attained provided that equilibrium in both far and near profit. |
