| Abstract: | The sports management dispute,a kind of sports dispute,is a controversy that is caused when the sports industry associations exercise their administrative authority according to the internal rules.When justice intervenes in sports management disputes,it is important to safeguard the authority of the law and respect the autonomy of the associations as well.The paper discusses the theories and legal basis of judicial intervention of sports management disputes and the relevant principles. |
