| Abstract: | Economic development and the increase of welfare are considered as a positively related connection for a long time. Actually the improvement of substantial condition is only a significant condition promoting welfare, but not necessary and not even sufficient condition. By analysing the relationship between economic development and happiness, the author thinks that only advancing the society development roundly can realize human-as-the-center anti improving welfare. |
