| 摘 要： | 在当前深化高等教育管理体制改革的过程中 ,借鉴国外发达国家的经验 ,建立和完善高等教育中介组织 ,应该成为我国高等教育的一个重要问题。随着政府管理职能的转变 ,高等教育中介组织将有一个健康发展的环境。转变观念、赋予中介组织以合法性、提高中介组织的素质、加强对中介组织的理论研究 ,则是当前值得我们关注和思考的问题

| Abstract: | In the current process of deepening the management system innovation of higher education, to use the experience of foreign developed countries for reference and to establish and perfect the intermediary of higher education should be regarded an important issue of Chinese higher education. With the transformation of the management function of government, the intermediary of higher education will have a healthy developmental environment. To change our idea, entrust the intermediary with legitimacy, improve the quality of the intermediary and enhance the theoretical research on the intermediary should be issues worthy of our concern and consideration. |
