| 摘 要： | 长期以来在德育实践中存在着一种将德育独立化的思想倾向,为此,学校德育教育应当以人为本,更多地关注学生的精神世界,注重培养学生的道德思维习惯,使其在实践中自觉地将道德要求内化为个人的行为法则,以更好地实践道德生活。当前德育方式变革关注的重点是重视课堂、网络以及实践对学生交流的影响,变"训导观"为"指导观",引导学生在交流中对各种社会现象进行道德分析与评判。
