| 摘 要： | 在知识经济趋势下 ,高师教育可持续发展面临很多障碍 :教育国际化中的殖民主义倾向 ;教育主体对教育的非自主性控制 ;教育与人生疏离 ;知识老化 ;权力性因素干扰 ;资金短缺等。鉴于此 ,必须采取如下对策 :把高师内部管理体制改革与办学模式转变相结合 ;调整和优化课程结构 ;建立现代学校制度 ,实现教育主体对教育的自主控制 ;推行终身教育制度 ,强化师资培训 ;趋利避害 ,走向国际教育舞台 ;把培养创新精神与人文精神品格贯穿于教育过程始终

| Abstract: | With the approach of knowledge economy, the sustainable development of advanced teacher education runs into obstacles, such as, the colonial tendency in the education globalization, independent control of the subject over education, education estranged from people, knowledge outdated, interference of authority, shortage of fund supplies. Countermeasures should be Iuken against those obstacles including combining of college's running modes change with the management system reform, adjusting and optimizing the curriculum structure, estabishing modern school system, realizing the control of the subject over education. carrying out lifelong learning system, enforcing the training of teacher, learning from the strong points while avovding the weakness, moving towards the international Education stage, and concentrating on fostering the pioneering, spirit and humane spirit in the educational process. |
