| Abstract: | Taking the construction of the experimental teaching demonstration center in food science and engineering program as the target,this article stated systematically the working plans,the practice experience and the achievements in the construction of platform,experiment teaching system,management model and the operation mechanism,which will exert great effects on the development of the experimental teaching demonstration center in food science and engineering program in Jilin province. |
