| 摘 要： | 成人教育教师的素质是关系成人教育质量和水平的重要因素.目前我国成人教育教师素质状况堪忧.存在着专业知识和技能欠缺、自我效能感不足、教学反思应用不利以及精神文化匮乏等问题.教育叙事研究为成人教育教师素质提升带来新的契机和帮助,在推动成人教育教师素质提升中发挥重要作用.今后应当进一步培养成人教育教师叙事意识,加强合作叙事并且利用现代科技优化教师叙事手段.
