| 摘 要： | 嵇曾筠是雍正时期著名的河臣。他在主理河南河工的七年时间内，着意加修和巩固堤防，同时加强河工修守制度建设，取得了很好的成效。他的这些治河经验在当时得到了广泛的推广和应用。之后的数十年时间内，黄河溃决次数大大减少。他的成绩的取得同皇帝的支持、同僚的配合、财政的充裕等原因是密不可分的。
