摘    要:法学教学方法改革的总体思路是加大实践性教学比重。案例教学法、模拟法庭教学法和第二课堂教学法都是在实践中长期摸索出来并得到检验的有益方法,应当在教学实践中得到应用和推广。法学教育工作者应当加强教学方法改革研究,不断深化法学教学改革,提高教学质量,培养高素质法律人才。

Abstract:The general idea of the reform of law-teaching's methods is increasing the proportion of practical teaching.Case method,mock court and the teaching approach of second-classroom were acquainted by long-term exploration in practice and have been tested out useful methods,which should be applied and promoted in teaching practice.Legal educators should strengthen the research on the reform of teaching methods,deepen the reform of law-teaching,improve the quality of teaching,and train legal talents of high-quality.
