| 摘 要： | 近几年来，我国市场供过于求的商品所占比重明显上升，形成了买方市场，但远不同于西方发达国家的买方市场。我们必须对我国的买方市场形成的原因进一步分析，并制定促进经济增长的措施，进而促进国民经济的持续、稳定、健康的发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the commodities that the market supplies exceed demand go up gradually in China. Our market has become a buyer market. But it is different from the buyer markets in developed countries in the West. We must further analyse the causes why buyer market forms,and formulate measurement to develop economy increasingly, and then make national economy develop continually, steadily and healthily. |
