基于建构主义学习理论的MBA教学策略研究

摘    要:建构主义理论是行为主义发展到认知主义以后的又一次理论演进,在知识观、学习观、师生观、教学观等方面形成了自己独特的视角。MBA教学要以建构主义学习理论为指导,考虑MBA主体的复杂性、动机的多元性、知识经验的丰富性、效果要求的即时性和学习过程的主动性的特点。通过充分的需求分析,推动持续的课程改革,选用适当的教学方法,借助最新的科技成果,实施科学的教学效果评价,突破传统教学的局限,有效地促进MBA教学改革。

Abstract:Constructivist learning theory is a development after behaviorism and cognitism,which has a unique view of knowledge,learning concept,ideology of teacher-student relationship and teaching concept.MBA teaching should set constructivist learning theory as the guidelines,and consider the characteristics of MBA students as the complexity of background,the diversity of motives,the richniss of knowledge and experience,the requirements of real-time performance,initiative learning,and so on.Effective teaching reform should break the limitations of traditional teaching through teaching strategies from five aspects: conducting thorough needs analysis,impelling continued curriculum reform,choosing appropriate teaching methods,drawing support from latest scientific and technological achievements,implementing scientific evaluation of teaching effects.
