| 摘 要： | 研究以社会转型期作为特定的时段,从培养目标、课程设置、人才培养规格分析了高等体育院校社会体育专业人才培养的现状,指出高等体育院校在人才培养上存在的问题,主张社会体育专业人才培养应以社会效益为中心,以市场需求为导向,用开放的大教育观来指导其培养目标、课程设置和人才培养规格。

| Abstract: | Taking the transformation of society as the special period,this paper analyzed the current condition of talent cultivation of social sports major and pointed out the existing problems from the training aims,the courses’ planning and the standards on training persons with ability in the particularity of social sports in sports colleges.It should regard the social benefits as the center,be based on market demand,be the thinking with large open education to guide their training objectives,curriculum and personnel training standards to foster persons with ability. |
