| 摘 要： | 保险诈骗罪作为一种金融诈骗犯罪,近几年来随着我国保险事业的不断发展,其犯罪活动越来越猖獗,已引起社会各界的广泛关注。虽然学者们对该罪进行了积极的研究,在某些问题上也已取得共识,但仍有一些问题需要进一步探讨。例如对保险诈骗罪在客观方面行为方式的理解以及共同犯罪等问题尚有争议,需进一步进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The insurance fraud is a kind of finance crime.With the develop of insurance career these years in our country,it becomes very rampant and beges attention from social circles.Many scholars have studied it and acquired cetrain common cognition,but some issues still have to be discussed.This article discusses the elementary theory of Insurance fraud(such as constitution?characteristic and accomplice) and some practical aspects of it. |
