| 摘 要： | 文章从哲学的角度和什么是发展、为什么发展、怎样发展等方面提出了新的思想观点,认为科学发展观与马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想是一脉相承性、与时俱进的科学体系,是我们党坚持用马克思主义世界观研究和解决当代中国发展问题所取得的重要理论创新成果,初步形成了马克思主义关于社会主义发展的系统理论。
