| Abstract: | Taking advantage of the handling of the scrap or obsolete instruments and other equipments in the teachers colleges and universities, the article has put forward the following assumption: to set up an "open" laboratory and further cultivate and improve the students' abilities of using their heads and hands to work and their comprehensive qualities of the science department students in the teachers colleges and universities. |
