| Abstract: | This essay outlines that library is an important position for the construction of cultural and spiritual civilizations,which plays an important role in establishing a harmonious society,improves people's quality through its social education functions,and promotes all-round development of human beings.It is also an important place of all-life learning for citizens,the location for recreation,the area for purifying people's souls and the arena for people's character building.The library can realize the effective integration of the social groups of the people,safeguard the fairness and justice among all social members with its special functions of guiding,penetrating and cultivating functions. |
