| 摘 要： | 观察治疗肘内侧副韧带断裂 5 8例 ,用不同方法缝合 ,探讨肘关节内侧副韧带损伤及其临床意义。结果 :随防 1年 6个月～ 6年 ,49例恢复良好 ,肘关节侧向稳定。结论 :肘关节内侧副韧带断裂宜早期手术 ,恢复和保持肌起点和韧带断端的正常接触。

| Abstract: | 58cases with injure of medial collateral ligament of elbow are treated and observed,and different stitch methods are used.The result shows that 49 cases recover well enough with lateral stability of elbow joint during 18 months to 6 years when following up interview.Early operation is recommended for the term of medial collateral ligament to keep normal contact between the starting point of muscles and the broken ligament. |
