| 摘 要： | 反省能够整合和澄清自我经验、坚定行为信念、纠正错误行为和指引未来行为、将理论与实践相统一。反省能促进高技能人才的素质发展，是区别专家与新手的标志之一，反省的实务工作者有更强的问题解决能力。因此，培养反省能力是高技能人才培养过程中不可缺少的。

| Abstract: | Reflection can integrate and clarify self＇s experiences, consolidate behavioral beliefs, correct wrong performance and direct performance in the future, and integrate theories and practices. It can promote the development of qualities of talents with advanced skills, and differentiate experts and novices. Reflective practitioners demonstrate more abilities in problem-solving than nonreflective practitioners. Therefore, promoting the ability in reflecting is indispensable to the training of talents with advanced skills. |
