| 摘 要： | With the method of comparative study and text analysis,this paper analyses Becky’s misfortune in the aspect of love,family and friendship,and seeks into roots of her loss in that dark and corruptive society.Besides,in the present day society,people are commonly indulged in material enjoyment,easy to intrigue against others and alienate from friends,family members or even the society.Becky’s bitter experience and failure can be of educational meanings to people today.
