摘    要:研究性教学与传统教学模式相比,更加强调转变学生的学习方式、彰显学生的主体地位、培养学生的创造能力。对高校教师的综合素质提出了更高的要求。分析研究性教学中高校教师的角色转变,深入探讨研究性教学对高校教师的素质要求,以期进一步促进研究性教学的效果提升。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional teaching methodology,the research teaching focuses on changing students' learning habit,strengthening their subjective position in study and cultivating their creativity.Thus it requires an overall improvement on university teachers' quality.Through analyzing the university teachers' character changing in research teaching,this paper discusses and studies the quality requirements on university teachers so as to an improvement in performance of research teaching could be obtained at last.
