| 摘 要： | 当前,我国社会正处在转型期,随着传统的计划经济向社会主义市场经济转变,高校学生思想政治工作的难度不断增大。必须充分挖掘思想政治教育资源,如采取得力措施,切实提高专职政工队伍素质;变软任务为硬指标,真正发挥专任教师的育人功能;集“余热”为合力,充分发挥离退休老教师的作用。从而进一步提高高校学生思想政治工作的实效。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, our country is experiencing a social transformation. With the change from the traditional planned economy to the so- cialist market economy, the difficulty of the ideological and political work of college students has increased continuously. Therefore, we should fully tap the potential of ideological and political education, such as taking effective measures to improve the quality of professional political in- structors; changing the flexible quotas to mandatory quotas in order to make the most of the cultivation function of professional teachers; concen- trating the "remainder of the energy" in order to make full use of the retired teacher' s devotion. Then the effects of ideological and political work of college students can he further improved. |
