| 摘 要： | 网络消费者合法权利的保护及其救济现已逐渐受到关注。当网络消费者权利受到侵害时,尽管存在和解、调解、申诉、仲裁、诉讼等5种救济途径,但现有的权利救济制度对于网络消费者权益保护而言,则显得有些力不从心,极大地降低了救济的有效性。因此,应从健全相关法律法规、扩展权利救济途径、完善权利救济程序、建立网上救济机构、实行举证责任倒置、设立简易司法程序等方面来完善网络消费者权利救济制度。
