Experiment and Study of the Best Angle of Release in Shot Putting of Female Students in Colleges and Universities |

| Abstract: | Comparative experiment was made in teaching process of shot putting in female students of general colleges and universities as well as those of the physical education institutes and departments. The range of the best angle of release and characteristics in shot putting for the female students of general colleges and universities were made sure so as to provide gist for reference and direction for improvement in shot put teaching and in training after class of the female students in general colleges and universities. |
