| 摘 要： | VSO教师的教学风格虽然各不相同，但他们的教学特点基本相同。他们的教学形象生动，教法灵活多变，教材丰富多彩，课堂效果颇佳，深受学生欢迎，因此我们外语教师应借鉴他们的经验，改变教学观念、思路和方法，使学生在轻松愉快的课堂氛围中学好英语。

| Abstract: | VSO teachers have different teaching styles, whereas they have similar teaching characteristics. They make classroom teaching more interesting and attractive by means of various teaching methods and the interesting and appropriate teaching materials, so students like their teaching and them very much. Teachers of English should change their teaching thought and beliefs and improve their teaching methods so that students can learn English more easily and happily in a good atmosphere. |
