| 摘 要： | 在综合分析国内外政务网站评价方法的基础上，利用SocSciBot软件对科技部门户网站科技网群栏目内的地方科技子站的页面进行链接下载，构建社会网络分析数据集，围绕科技网群进行中心性分析、核心-边缘分析和聚类派系分析，从结构关系的角度揭示科技网群内部之间的联系，为下一步科技网群的建设提出参考建议。

| Abstract: | On the base of general analysis of government websites assessment methods,it forms a social network analysis dataset crawled by SocSciBot from S&T websites in the MOST portal,then conducts centrality analysis,core and peripherals analysis,clique analysis,and finally reveals inner relationship in the view of website structure.Several advices are drawn for the future S&T websites development. |
