| 摘 要： | 当前制约刑事立案监督的因素还很多,现行法律关于立案监督对象、范围、过程和措施等方面的规范存在着缺陷,人们关于立案监督的含义、价值和标准等方面的认识还存在着较大分歧,实务中立案监督的工作机制还不够健全。完善刑事立案监督,应尽快修改刑事诉讼法,构建科学完备的工作机制,加大教育和培训力度,提高立案监督的法律意识。
