| 摘 要： | 理论建构是实施研究的内在要求。本从范式、理论、逻辑方法、具体方法等四个层面逐步探讨了实施研究中理论建构的主要方法论及方法问题。认为，实地研究中的理论建构处在多重范式的张力之下，使其理论表现出某种融合的趋势，在逻辑方法上则应将归纳与演绎结合起来，在具体操作上则采用比较法。

| Abstract: | The theory construction is internal demand of field research. In this article, the authors mainly explore four problems. Firstly, the theory construction is in the tension of multi-paradigms. Secondly, the theory construction is characterized as mixture of theories. Thirdly, though induction is the main method in field research, deduction should not be neglected. Finally, comparative method is often used in field research. |
