| 摘 要： | 改革开放30多年来,中国特色廉政制度经历了恢复与重建、健全与深化和不断完善与逐步形成体系的历史过程。我国的廉政制度建设具有鲜明的特点:方向是正确的,是沿着制度变迁的自身逻辑发展的。国家制度的建设和党的廉政制度建设相辅相成,成为中国长治久安的制度基础,共同构筑了中国反腐倡廉的模式和体系。其过程是一个自觉的、主动的过程,反映了我们党立党为公、执政为民的思想。其目标是建立中国特色的国家廉政模式和体系,从根本上解决腐败问题。始终注重发挥党的思想政治工作重要政治优势,创建思想政治工作的新机制、新模式。

| Abstract: | Thirty years since the advent of the reform opening up,Chinese-characterized anti-corruption system has gone through several historical periods including recovery re-establishment,gradually consolidating and upgrading,perfecting and systemizing.Chinese anti-system is distinctively unique—the course is correct and coherent with the inherent logic of a system evolution.The state system and anti-corruption system of the party collaborate to establish the political foundation of guaranteed progress and long-term stability of China and to set up the system and model of anti-corruption.This process is conscientious and proactive,representing the conception of the party to rule for the public justice and people＇s benefits.The ultimate objective is to create a Chinese-characterized anti-corruption system which can solve the corruption problem from the root up.It is essential to emphasize the political advantage of ideological-political construction of the party and upgrade this political system to a higher level and improved pattern. |
