| 摘 要： | 建设我国向西南开放的＂桥头堡＂是国家开放战略的重要部署,是中央对云南的战略定位,是云南加快发展的重要机遇。通过对我国向西南开放桥头堡建设的几个基本问题的介绍和说明,提出建设我国向西南开放重要桥头堡的总体思路和目标,并指出建设我国向西南开放重要桥头堡的工作重点。
