RTM整体成型复合材料结构制造缺陷逆向分析

摘    要:本文应用流动模拟软件对制件制造结果产生的缺陷进行逆向分析,找出了缺陷出现的原因及解决办法。通过RTM工艺的数值模拟,快速有效地确定了波纹梁的注射形式和进出胶口位置,优化了注射压力、树脂粘度、渗透率等工艺参数,因而,得到复杂形状波纹梁的最优注胶方式。用数值模拟的逆向分析方法,对螺旋桨叶制备过程中出现的内部缺陷进行模拟和诊断,找到了缺陷产生的原因及解决办法,给出了制备工艺的修改方案,成功地排出了制作缺陷,通过实际制备验证,模拟结果与实际制备过程吻合较好。两个不同结构典型实例,说明计算机RTM工艺模拟对于模具开发、构件制造具有良好的指导意义。

Reverse Analysis to Find Production Defects of Co-RTM Composites Structure

Abstract:RTM(Resin Transfer Mould) filling process for reinforced structures has been simulated using the simulation software to explore the effects of perform inhomogeneous permeability on RTM process and to find the production defects,which occur during mould manufacture and resin filling.By means of RTM filling simulations,the optimal injection paths and entrance-exit positions for the mould of waved beam were obtained expediently and easily.And then the process parameters including injection pressure,resin viscosity and permeability,etc.were also optimized.In addition,the numerical simulation-based reverse analysis was applied to simulate and find out the internal production deflects of propeller blade,after this,the cause of deflect occurring was found and the reserving method was proposed.From the re-mould propeller blade based on above revised method,it is clear the reverse analysis results have good agreement with the experiments,demonstrating the importance of numerical simulation in model design and manufacture produce.
